Very friendly staff! They called me to let me know that my order was received and it was being prepared for delivery that day.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my niece at St. Mary's Hospital. Douglas called to let me know that he was out of a certain flower and asked if it would be alright to substitute a different one which I agreed to. He also said he would deliver it the same night and I first ordered it at 4 pm. I was really impressed! Several days later I found out from my sister that my niece never received the flowers. I called Flower Co. and talked to Douglas who stated that he had left them with the Valet person who said they would take them up toe the room. He didn't know what happened to them, so he would take a new arrangement to my niece who was transferred to St. Vincent's Hospital. In the meantime, I called St. Mary's hospital to find out what happened to her flowers and apparently they were sitting at the nurse's station. I called Douglas and explained that to him, stating that it wasn't his fault. He told me that he would go pick them up from St. Mary's and freshen them up or take a new arrangement to my niece when he closed for the day at 6 pm. He called me after he picked them up and said that they were somewhat dried out already (it had been 4 days since they were delivered) and he would take a new arrangement up to my niece. He was always very friendly and went above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend this business to everyone! Great customer service!

Flower Co. fulfilled my order with an excellent quality arrangement, and there was no delivery charge. They also called to verify my order and message, to ensure I was satisfied, before it was delivered.
